The loan package(s) that is prepared by Cedar Creek Capital will not be made available to borrower to view, purchase or borrow at any time prior, during or following a funding request transaction.  The package "presentation format" is considered industry "proprietary information"  and will remain property of Cedar Creek Capital.

Before entering into any form of legal agreement with a lender or investor you are always recommended to seek independent legal advice from a lawyer who will explain the nature of the documentation.

For services rendered, Cedar Creek Capital receives a predetermined commission from the borrower at the time of loan closing, borrower will be advised of our fees in advance of us starting any work and be given the option to cancel. Financing or funding is subject to status and/or ability to pay as determined by our underwriting or by the lender. Your home, business, land, property or other form of security, may be repossessed by lender(s)/investor(s) if you do not maintain current payments on any form of financing.
