Established in 2007 by experienced and trustworthy financing professionals, Cedar Creek Capital is an independent financing consultancy firm working closely with you to structure the funding solution that best suit your financing needs and requirements.

We structure financing solutions for the following:

We act as an intermediary between the borrower and the lender. If a borrower is seeking financing other than traditional bank funding or does not qualify for bank financing, most of the time they do not know where else to go. Cedar Creek Capital exists to assist the borrower obtain competitive financing outside of the traditional bank funding scenario.

Basically, we are the "middle man". If you need commercial funding we can be a great asset in your search for capital, not to mention saving you valuable time and money. We have a network of national lenders with whom we have established relationships. We know the lending criteria of each of our lenders, so when you are looking for capital, we know which lender will most likely fund the transaction. We are paid a commission for each transaction that closes, paid only if we produce. Giving us an added incentive to best represent your financing interest.
